Creat de catre Pierrette Trichet in 2007 ca fiind cel mai calitativ cognac de tip VS, obtinut exclusiv din soiul de struguri Petite Champagne, Remy Martin Very Special este maturat dublu fata de cat prevad standardele, atingand potentialul maxim exprimat de notele fructate tipice acestui sortiment.
Profilul aromatic dezvaluie un buchet bogat floral in deschidere, urmat de note proaspete de mar si piersica salbatica cu accente fine de vanilie si menta, un gust intens aromat, dominat de note lemnoase, balansat de fructe revigorante si un post-gust rotund, bine structurat.
Remy Martin VS se savureaza simplu, cu gheata in long drinks sau cu bere de ghimbir.
